All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. All orders sent USPS, FedEx or UPS.  International shipping available.


Return & Exchange Policy

STRATUS™ products are Lifetime Guaranteed against breakage from normal use. If any STRATUS™ products breaks please send the part to STRATUS™ to be evaluated. If the part is determined by STRATUS™ that it qualifies for our Lifetime Guarantee, STRATUS™ will replace the part with a new part.  Products that have been altered, misused or abused may not qualify for replacement. Timeline: 30 day refund policy from date of purchase.

Method of refund - Refunded back to customer by the same means product was purchased.

Product condition - The item must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return
