Return & Exchange Policy

STRATUS™ products are Lifetime Guaranteed against breakage from normal use. If any STRATUS™ products breaks please send the part to STRATUS™ to be evaluated. If the part is determined by STRATUS™ that it qualifies for our Lifetime Guarantee, STRATUS™ will replace the part with a new part.  Products that have been altered, misused or abused may not qualify for replacement.
